About Fully Sealed: who runs it and how it works
Fully Sealed is a monthly CRM clean-up and follow-up service for trainers, consultants and small expert firms in the UK, so the contacts they already have keep bringing in work. It is run by Tommy Baker, and it grew out of the work he does looking after the CRM and LinkedIn accounts of training and wellbeing businesses.

What does Fully Sealed do?
Fully Sealed finds where a firm’s contact records are leaking work, fixes the leaks, and checks for new ones every month. It covers the records in the CRM, the connections and messages on LinkedIn, and the replies that come back after every mail-out.
Fully Sealed works inside the client’s own CRM, LinkedIn and email, and nothing changes without the client’s yes. The client decides what Fully Sealed sees. Its promise: “You hold the keys. We fix the leaks.”
What did Fully Sealed find in one client’s records in a month?
A single month’s look by Fully Sealed at one training client’s records, in September 2026, found seven leaks. In the same client’s CRM, every point in that month’s report became a dated to-do on the right person: 90 of them.
| Leak | What one month’s look found | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| Emails landing in junk | Inboxes run three checks to confirm an email really comes from the sender; in one client’s account all three came up short, with 200 refresher reminders ready to go. | Sender settings are put right in about 20 minutes, then checked every month. |
| Refreshers due | 216 people were due a refresher; one reminder email reached 153 of them and brought at least five bookings, and the other 63 never got it. | Fully Sealed lists everyone due every month, by month and by organisation, in time to sell them a place. |
| People who lapsed | 1,324 people had gone past the point where a refresher would do, and nobody had asked them back. | Fully Sealed lists them by organisation every quarter, ready for a welcome-back invitation. |
| Enquiries gone quiet | 36 people asked about a course and never came: 19 never booked, and 17 booked and did not turn up. | Every enquiry is dated and listed, with a line to send. |
| People on the move | 2,887 contacts had moved to a new organisation while the CRM still showed the old one, and 156 people who already knew the business had been promoted into the jobs that buy. | Job titles and organisations are kept true to LinkedIn, with a note to say congratulations. |
| LinkedIn messages | All 24,515 messages in one LinkedIn account were read: 2 people were waiting for a reply, and 8 who had asked about training had gone quiet. | The messages are read every month, with anyone waiting put at the top of the client’s list. |
| Mail-out replies | 8,111 emails people sent back were read and sorted, and 5 people who had asked to come off the list still got the next email. | Replies are read and sorted by AI the day they arrive, and every unsubscribe is honoured. |
How does a month with Fully Sealed run?
A client’s first month with Fully Sealed is the tidy-up: every leak found and fixed, with the client’s yes on each change. After that the records are kept right every week, and once a month the client gets the leak check: every leak found that month, most urgent first, and what each one is worth, in twelve pages. The twelve sections are listed under “What does a monthly check look at?” on the page “Is a one-off CRM clean-up worth it?“
How long does Fully Sealed run, and how does it start?
Fully Sealed runs for twelve months, then month by month. The first month costs more, because it is the tidy-up, and then there is a fixed monthly fee for the rest of the twelve.
Fully Sealed starts with a first look at no charge: send two exports, your contacts and your LinkedIn connections, and within a week you get a two-page note on where your records leak and what the leaks are worth.
